The robbery

One week ago, I saw a robbery. It was at 22.00h, while I was going to my friend’s house. I was walking and suddenly I heard a shout. I walked two steps back and I hid behind the corner. I stayed there and I was recording, with my mobile phone, all the things were happened: a woman was walking on the street when one tall man mugged her. The next day that woman and I went to the police station, I gave them my mobile phone with the evidence and they arrested the man.

My presentation

My name is Marta Puig and I’m 15 years old. My favourite subjects are maths and biology. I like going out with my friends and talking via messenger with them. I like surfing Internet too. Sometimes, on Saturday evenings, I go to the disco with my friends and we have a lot of fun. I’d like to travel to London because I love traveling and London is a city that I’d like to visit.

All the people in my class are very nice. We are very funny and we are always laughing. Sometimes, we talk when the teacher explains the lesson, but it’s because we want to speak about a lot of things and at the end of the day we are tired. We know that it’s wrong and if it’s possible we are quiet. I love to my class and I’m happy with my classmates.

Dracula

This book tells the story about Jonathan Harker. He was a lawyer and he had to sell a house to Count Dracula. He invited Jonathan to his house, in Transylvania because he had to sign some papers. Jonathan went to Count Dracula’s house and he realized that he was a vampire. He became ill and he couldn’t return home because he was the victim of Dracula, but Dracula went to London.

At the same time, his girlfriend Mina was with her friend Lucy in London. Lucy became the victim of Dracula and she died, but no one knew it until Van Helsing visited her. Before the death of Lucy, Mina went to met Jonathan in Transylvania. They returned home and knew about the notice.

Jonathan, Mina, Van Helsing and Arthur, Lucy’s boyfriend, met and decided to killed Count Dracula, but first they had to finished with Lucy because she was a vampire. They hammered a stake in her heart and then they cut her head. Then, they went killed Dracula. While the boys went to found him, Mina stayed home and Dracula bit her: she was in danger.

Finally, they went to Transylvania and they could finished with his live. They hammered a stake in his heart and cut his head. He became a heap of dust and Mina was safe.

My summer holiday

In my summer holiday I had got a lot of fun. First, I stayed at home and then I went to Valencia with my parents, to my grandparents’ house. They’ve got a big house and it’s nice, but there I had bored sometimes because I haven’t got any friends. There I did all my homework. It was difficult. I read some fantastic books too.

Later, the 16^th August, I went to Teruel four days with my parents too, and it was great and very beautiful.

I returned home the last week of August, when it took place “Granollers’ Festa Major”. The city was spectacular, only with two colours: blue and white. During this week, I went out with my friends and we had a great time. It was very funny!

These holidays have been one of the best holidays I ever had. I have felt very good and I have been happy.

The problems on the space

If I travel to the space, I won't be able to wash clothes and clothes will be dirty. Other problem that I will have if I travel to the space, it's that there no exist day and night, and I won't know when I must go to sleep. Or, for example, another problem is that the food doesn't stay on a plate and the food will fly arround the space station and into the equipment.
I think about some solutions: throw dirty clothes in the rubbis bin, have a 24-hour timetable and always go to the bed at the same time or eat food from bags.

What have I done?

Guess which one of these things is false.

I have gone to a football match in "Camp Nou" and I have eaten in an restaurant in Barcelona. I have travelled by plane, I have gone to Italy and I have visited some museums. I have travelled to France with my parents. I have ridden a bike many times and I have ridden a motorbike too. I have bought a comuper and I have won a prize about poetry.

Culture class

Wednesday 24th Mars, one man came and he told us different things. His name was Joe, and he was from United Kingdom. He explained us the flags and some culture of England. He made a power-point with different aspects about the United Kingdom culture. He told us the signs of the United Kingdom, some famous singers and actors and something about literature. He prepared a concourse: "Who want to be millionaire" and we had to guess the correct answer. If someone guessed a question, Joe gave him a pen.

It was very funny.

The ski journey

On 27th January, we went to ski. Wednesday, at 6.30h, we left the school. We went to a aki resort in France. I don't remember the name. We were skiing 5 hours and later we went to "Dorres". There is one swimmingpool and the water there is 40ºC, but it is stink. Then we went to the hotel and we stayed there.
The next day, we went to "Massella", another ski resort. We skied 5 hours too and then we went to Puigcerdà. At night we went to the disco and we had a lot of fun.
The last day we went to "Les Angles" to ski, and then we came home.
It was a fantastic journey.

The bedroom - Van Gogh

This picture is painted by Van Gogh. It's "La Habitación". In this painting there is a bed and next to the bed there is a chair. Behind the bed there are three jackets and one hat. There are three painting on the wall and a mirror. Next to the mirror, there is a window and under it there is a table with some objects on it. There are two doors. In front of one door there is another chair and next to it there is a towel. The walls are blue and the floor is brown.

In this picture, there are five boys, three girs, one dog and one cat. Danny is giving some food to the cat, David and Jack are putting their sweaters and Susan is cooking a fried egg. James is riding a bike, Benny is painting the computer screen, the dog is reading and studying and Betty is studying too. She is wearing a swimsuit and Mrs Bryan is writing on the window.

What do you usually do at the weekend?

At the weekend, I usually do the same things. On Friday afternoon I go to English lessons and then I go with my friends. Late, we go dinner. On Saturday morning I do my homework, I go to the comupter and I have lunch. Then, I go for a walk with my friends and we have fun because we are very funny. On Sunday morning I finish my homework and then, sometimes I go to my granthmother's house or I go with my friends.
This is my weekend!

A restaurant review

My favourite restaurant is Xavisan. It's a catalan restaurant. They cook sandwiches at night and diferent plates for lunch.
I like it because it's delicious and it isn't expensive. My favourite meal there is beef for lunch and a frankfurt for dinner.
It's a very good restaurant.
